How to Order

To order by  E-mail:   ttccdolls@yahoo.co.uk  please  send the name and/or description of the doll you want, your e-mail and postal addresses. I aim to acknowledge e-mail orders within a day or two, so if you do not hear from me, please try again in case your message did not get through. When your doll is ready I will normally send you an invoice through PayPal, though other options are possible.

You may use the Enquiry / Order Form on the Home Page, if you prefer.

To order by Post please write clearly the name and/or description of the doll you require and enclose payment  by cheque payable to 'T.Thompson'. Remember to include your own name and address, telephone  and preferably email, so that I know where to send your doll and can inform you of progress if it is not in stock.

By telephone, number 01572 723907,  you will need to give the same information about the doll you want and your contact details. I will advise you when the doll is ready and post it off to you once I have received your payment.

UK  Post and packing is £4 per order. This will cover 24 Hour Tracked  Post. If preferred, Guaranteed Next Day (Special) Delivery  is £8.    Please contact me for a quote for overseas post,  but it is usually around £12-£18, depending on destination.   I cannot accept payment in any other currency than G.B.Pounds, so PayPal is the best option from overseas.

I  recommend payment through PayPal for most orders, for which I make no extra charge. It is fast, secure and you can use it even if you don't have an account with them. I will send you an invoice through PayPal when the doll is ready and will post it off to you once I have received your payment. I am only able to accept payment by Credit or Debit card through PayPal, but please note that they may charge a fee for Credit cards.  I will also accept cheques sent by post  or direct payment by bank transfer (details available on request).

Whichever method you choose, I would be grateful if you could  tell me how you first found out about my dolls - whether by web-surfing or search engine, recommendation, or advertisement.

Please note that as every doll is individually made, they may vary slightly from those illustrated. If you are disappointed with the one you receive for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
