HOW TO ORDER
Now that you have looked through my pictures, perhaps you may be interested in placing an order.
There are several ways to do this: by E-mail, by Post, by Telephone or in person at a Fair.
To order by E-mail: email@example.com please send details of the doll you want, your e-mail and postal addresses. I have found that the internet is a wonderful thing when it works - but it doesn't always! I normally acknowledge e-mail orders within a day or two, so if you do not hear from me, please try again in case your message didn't get through. I recommend payment through PayPal for all orders. It is fast, secure and you can use it even if you don't have an account with them. I will send you an invoice through PayPal when the doll is ready and will post it off to you once I have received your payment. I am only able to accept payment by credit / debit card through PayPal, but please note that they may charge a fee for Credit cards. I make no extra charge for payment through PayPal. I will still accept cheques sent by post if you prefer.
To order by Post please write clearly the name and/or date of the doll you require and enclose payment by personal cheque, Postal Order, Bankers Draft or International Money Order payable to 'T.Thompson'. Remember to include your own name and address, telephone and preferably email, so that I know where to send your doll and can inform you of progress if it is not in stock

Post and packing is free within UK for Dollshouse dolls, or £5 per order up to four dolls for History of Costume dolls. Please contact me for a quote for overseas post, but it is usually £5 for up to four dolls. If you need to pay in any other currency than G.B.Pounds, please add £10 to your total before conversion to cover bank charges. Using PayPal avoids this as they will do the conversion for you.
By telephone, number 01572 723907, you will need to give the same information about the doll you want and your contact details. I will advise you when the doll is ready and post it off to you once I have received your payment.
If you visit one of the fairs where I exhibit, you may be able to choose a doll and take it away with you there and then. However, it is impossible to keep all of them in stock, so if you are travelling to a fair to see a specific model it is worth 'phoning or e-mailing first to make sure I shall have it.
Whichever method you choose, I would be grateful if you could tell me how you first found out about my dolls - whether by web-surfing or search engine, recommendation, seen at a fair or advertisement.
Visitors are welcome here at my home, provided you make an appointment.
Please note that as every doll is individually made, they may vary slightly from those illustrated. If you are disappointed with the one you receive for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
